Since 1981, Hospice of Martha's Vineyard has been providing end-of-life care at no cost for our patients and their loved ones. We are a fully community funded nonprofit organization.

Our dedicated team of nurses, bereavement counselors, and caring volunteers are united in our mission to provide quality hospice and bereavement services without charge to all who are facing serious illness, grief and death. We provide personalized care at home, the hospital or extended care facilities and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

The Annual Summer Soiree is our most significant yearly fundraiser.
