$200 Donation Registration

• $200 is the normal ticket price for the Annual Summer Soiree. By donating the full ticket amount you ensure that Hospice will be able to continue our work of providing compassionate care to hospice patients and specialized bereavement counseling to individuals and families who have lost a loved one. Please know how much we appreciate your generosity during this challenging time.

Optional Donation Registration

• We are all experiencing challenging times right now and many people may not be in a position to donate the full Soiree ticket price of $200 at this time.
• This "optional donation registration" option allows you to support Hospice at a level that works for you, if you're able.
• Every contribution, no matter the amount, is significant to Hospice's fundraising success. There will be ample opportunity to support further once you have registered. 
• A donation is not required to register. You will be able to submit your information on the next page without inputting a donation amount. 
• If you'd like to make a donation, input the amount in the second box below where it says, "Optional Donation Registration Donation Amount."
• When you click on the "Next" button, you may not see your donation amount on the next page - don't worry, your donation is still there. Continue to click through and complete the transaction.
