Each summer, something special happens here on Martha's Vineyard. Hospice & Palliative Care brings our community together for an evening that reminds us what really matters: caring for each other when it counts most.

We're personally inviting you to join us on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Farm Neck Golf Club. Whether you come as a friend or bring your business, we'd love to see you there. Sponsor Reception at 5:00 pm, followed by the Soirée at 5:30 pm.

Here's why this matters to us: The Summer Soirée is our biggest fundraiser, and it directly supports the hospice, palliative care, and grief support services that serve our neighbors. Medicare doesn't cover the full cost of this care, so when someone faces their most difficult moments, we step up. That's where your sponsorship comes in. Your support means real families get expert-level care, delivered with compassion and dignity, right here at home.

This is Neighbors Helping Neighbors. There are many ways to get involved:
