Tickets for the 2026 Summer Soirée are available beginning May 15 at $275 per person.

Your ticket includes an unforgettable evening at Farm Neck Golf Club with cocktails, raw bar, music, dinner, and auction, all in support of hospice, palliative care, and grief services for our patients and families. Because Medicare does not cover the full cost of care, your participation helps ensure this care remains available right here on island.
