For the past 15 years, golfers have come together each September to support Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard at what many tell us is their favorite tournament on the Island. The Hospice Golf Classic was founded in 2011 by the late Bud Lamoreaux, a dedicated former board member, in honor of our organization's 30th anniversary.

Held annually at Mink Meadows Golf Club, and generously presented by Navigator Homes and Scotts Miracle-Gro, our tournament is known for its unique five-person teams, a delicious home-cooked luncheon accompanied by live music, a full bar on the course, a "Chance-to-Win" drawing featuring fabulous prizes, and an online auction filled with fan-favorite sports experiences, vacation home rentals, and more. Most importantly, every golfer, sponsor, and donor helps ensure that Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard can continue providing compassionate care and support to our Island neighbors facing serious illness and grief.
